just dropping by to show off my next phase of thise illustration assignment.

im not quite happy with it, but im not unhappy either. this is my first time doing watercolor in quite some time, but i am learning and i think he looks cool.

i think he looks like a splicing of muddy mudsipper and spongebob fish people. and george washington.
